SuperPreus (AplicAnd) is responsible for processing personal data collected through this platform. We are located in Andorra and operate under Law 29/2021, of October 28, on the protection of personal data (LQPD).

Geolocation data: country of origin (to detect tourists and show relevant information)

Provide the price comparison service
Manage price alerts and notifications
Send push notifications and/or Telegram messages about price alerts (with consent)
Improve user experience and service
Show personalized information for tourists (tax advantages, customs limits)
Comply with legal obligations

4. Legal Basis

Processing is based on: user consent (article 6 LQPD), execution of the requested service, and compliance with legal obligations under Law 29/2021 LQPD.

5. Notifications and Communication Channels

In-app notifications: always active for registered users
Push notifications (browser/mobile): require explicit consent. Can be revoked at any time from the user profile
Telegram: requires voluntary account linking. Can be unlinked with /stop in the bot or from the profile
Each channel activation records consent with date and time for audit purposes (article 6.1 LQPD)

6. Data Retention

We retain data while the account is active or necessary to provide the service. Geolocation data is automatically deleted every 24 hours. Inactive push subscriptions are automatically removed.
